PROCESSING TIME

Typically it takes 2-5 business days to dispatch the parcel after order has been placed. You will be notified when the parcel has been mailed out.

LOCAL SHIPPING (WITHIN SINGAPORE)

For Singapore orders, purchased items are sent via SingPost standard tracked package. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped out.  Free delivery if orders go above USD38 (SGD$50) for local delivery. Add more meow meow goodies to make shipping worthwhile.

Local delivery normally takes 1-3 working days after the order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, purchased items are sent via SingPost Registered Airmail. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been shipped out.  Free delivery if orders go above USD$80 (SGD108). Add more meow meow goodies to make shipping worthwhile.

Delivery normally takes up to 2 months for international parcels. Please expect longer delays during festive periods (e.g. Christmas), events (e.g. 11.11 sales) or situational causes like the pandemic.

UK & EU CUSTOMERS

Due to VAT law, customers are responsible for paying tax, handling fee and any parcel clearance charges upon the arrival of your parcel. Failure to pay for these fees in a timely manner will result in delays or parcel returns. Orders will not be refunded for any outstanding fees incurred. Please contact your local postal service for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please make sure you have provided valid email address. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear. Please note that international tracking updates may not be available depending on your local post office.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us here immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Moshicat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final, and are not eligible for cancellation, returns or refunds or once payment has been made. Please order when you know for sure you want the merchandise.
